Ms. Donna Morris
Profile: Mrs. Morris has a diverse background in teaching Secondary Mathematics. She has five years experience teaching Middle School Math, eleven years of High School Math, and over twenty years as an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Community College. She currently works at Bellingham School District as the K – 12 Math Curriculum Specialist. Mr. Rick Rodden
Profile: Mr. Rodden has been a science teacher at Toppenish HS at Toppenish, WA, since 1990. Prior to this he was a chemist for the soil survey team charged with mapping the 640,000 acre Yakama Indian Nation. During the 1970’s and 1980’s he worked as a research chemist at Montana State University and for a private soil testing company in Moses Lake Washington. Mr. Rodden is part of the online high school program at Toppenish, where he teaches interactive online classes to students from Toppenish and surrounding districts.Subject(s) teaching: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Lab Science Earth and Space Science, Algebra I and Algebra II Environmental Science.

Mr. Cruz Gonzales
Profile: Mr. Gonzales teaches math at the CATS Academy. He either works with students in the lab or online. He was a paraprofessional at Union Gap Middle School, before he returned to his Alma Mater, to teach at Toppenish School District. He is a two time state wrestling champion. He has two children with wife Lisa of seven years.Degrees obtained: BS in Computer Science.

Ms. Laura Nunez
Profile: Ms. Núñez is a Math teacher at Toppenish HS in Toppenish, WA. Prior to this she used to work in Yakima translating Math and Science classes for 8th graders. Mr. Scott R. Dorr
Profile: Mr. Dorr has taught English from freshman level through Advanced Placement, in the Toppenish School District for 34 years, along with several stints of American Literature at Heritage University. Mr. Dorr is a published poet and short story author who enjoys fishing, reading and water color painting when not at school. He has three adult children and his wife, Doris, has also spent 34 years teaching in the Toppenish District. His current assignment is teaching English in the CATS program, Computer. Academy Toppenish Schools. Mr. Dorr has coached several different sports including the Head Varsity Ladies Basketball Coach for 25 years. Mr. David Morrison
Profile: Mr. Morrison has been a long term substitute teacher in both Toppenish and Yakima School Districts. He continues to work today for the Toppenish School District as a certificated substitute teacher at the high school and middle school levels.Subject(s) teaching:All subjects.

Ms. Amber Andrews
Profile: Ms. Andrews has been a Remedial Reading/English teacher at Toppenish High School since the fall of 2005. In the fall of 2010, after being awarded her Masters of English, she was also given the position of Reading Coach at the high school. Along with her responsibilities at the High School, Ms. Andrews is also teaching English classes at Heritage University on a part time basis.Subject(s) teaching:Remedial Reading; English.

Mr. Frank A. Chandler
Profile: Mr. Chandler started his career in education as a substitute teacher in numerous districts of the Yakima Valley. He taught science classes at Heritage University for 10 years before returning to public education. In 2006 he became a science teacher at E.A.G.L.E. High in Toppenish, WA. Mr. Chandler is an educational co-representative for the Title VII Indian Education and is a MESA partner with Heritage University.Subject(s) taught: Anatomy and Physiology, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Field Biology, General Science, and Physics.

Interest/ Hobbies: Current interests are the effect of technology and after school programs on student achievement. In the classroom, classes research the effect of local diaries on groundwater quality and using natural mosquito control methods to economically reduce the outbreak of West Nile virus in the Yakima Valley.
As part of the E.A.GL.E. after school program, Mr. Chandler advises and mentors the school’s BoeBot teams as they compete with other schools twice a year.
Mr. Chandler’s hobbies include reading, nature walks, bird watching, and hobby farming. He cares for numerous cats, 3 dogs, a Beta fish, and a guinea pig.

Profile: Mr. Greaves was a Special Education/PE/Health teacher for the Arlington (WA) School District from 1999-2007, teaching English, Math, Science, and Social Studies.
