Red Comet’s distance learning program offers an extensive array of high school courses to home school high school students. Home schooled students may choose from a variety of our online core, elective and advanced placement courses. Our core high school courses will help home schooled students make up any credits that they may be lacking while our elective and advanced placement courses offer an opportunity to explore potential career opportunities or prepare for college.

For home school high school students, Red Comet offers an individualized high school experience in an online environment. Courses are taught using cutting edge technology in an interactive environment. 

Since there is no set class schedule, you study when and where it's convenient for you. You work at your own pace. There's no one to rush you or hold you back. 

And while you work independently, you're never alone. Expert teachers and support staff who are dedicated to helping you complete your coursework are just a phone call or an email away. 

If you are a resident of Washington State: 

If you are a home schooled student and a qualified resident in the State of Washington, you may be able to take our courses tuition-free. 

Any student who is of compulsory age must also comply with home school requirements dictated by their school district. You need to check the requirement of your district to ensure the Red Comet program meets the district's home school requirements.
